材料:
雞腿肉
紅棗
杞子
當歸
調味料:
鹽少許
麻油半湯匙
豪油半湯匙
紹興酒兩湯匙
步驟:
1)雞腿肉洗干淨去油
2)紅棗杞子當歸洗一遍
3)把所有的材料和調味料放進碟裡弄均勻
4)放進冰箱裡1-3小時
5)放進鍋裡水滾了後,放進去大火蒸25分鍾,肉很Q很好吃。

Method
