In Pokemon Go, Ditto is primarily capable of transforming into its opponent when it engages in a face-off at a Gym. By doing so, Ditto acquires the same moves and CP (combat power) level as its rival – but if Ditto's base CP is actually lower than the Pokémon it imitates, don't expect a one-on-one match-up. Ditto also knows "Struggle," a Normal-type move that damages the opposing Pokémon.
Again, you can't simply find a Ditto on the street and catch it. Instead, you must catch a Pokémon that's imitating Ditto – and it'll only reveal itself once you've made the catch. Ditto can be found by catching relatively easy to find Pokémon from both Gen 1 and 2, so there shouldn’t be any cases of Ditto showing up when you find something rare that you want to keep. Pokémon that could possibly be Ditto are as follows:
- Pidgey
- Rattata
- Magikarp
- Zubat
- Hoothoot
- Sentret
- Yanma

In main game series, Smeargle is best known for its ability to use the move Sketch, which permanently copies the last move used by the opponent. Due to this, it can legitimately have any move in the Pokémon games except for Chatter, Struggle, and Shadow moves. As a result of this, it can pass on any Egg Move to Pokémon in the Field Egg Group.

In main game series, Delibird's signature move, Present, allows it to carry special items in its tail that may cause damage or heal its opponent (wow so cute). Delibird tends to live in mountainous regions, making its nests over sharp cliffs; one notable area of the world is around Mt. Everest.
