McDonald's Tesco Seremban 2 outlet well Done!!!!

McDonald's Tesco Seremban 2 outlet...It was on 23/4/17 Sunday night, after my tiring monthly shopping at Tesco Seremban 2, my family and I decided to have a bite at the McDonald's outlet outside Tesco. It was crowded but we were lucky to find a place. I had to hurry and after our supper there, I rushed out leaving my handbag on the chair I sat. I was careless.It was only until the next night on 24/4/17, I realised my handbag was missing and started frantically looking for it. My family and I thought we drive to McD to check if I would have left it there. So nervous and praying that the bag be found, I straight headed for the counter and enquired about my missing handbag to a friendly crew of theirs. He immediately approached his manager on my matter.After describing my handbag, Cik Shahirah aka Shiro informed me that her staff found it the night before. They then tried looking for the rightful owner the next day and tried locating me through my IC and address which was in the handbag. One gentleman, Mr Vikneswaran, a crew trainer, sent a message through FB's Messenger to my son and I that morning but we didn't see the messages. That evening when I came to the outlet, they sent one of their staff, Cik Fadzillah, a crew trainer to return my handbag personally to my home address on the IC. They called her and told her to return to the outlet to handover the handbag. Mind you, it is about 20 mins drive from the outlet to my home. Meanwhile, I had the pleasure of meeting the honest foreign crew, Mr Abdul Matin, who found my handbag and thanked him profusely. I got my handbag back with all items and cash intact. A happy and grateful moment for me because the handbag could have easily gone missing in the crowd that night if someone with bad intentions was there. With this, I would like to honour and sincerely thank McDonald's for nurturing and growing such loyal crew team in Seremban 2 Tesco outlet.My personal thanks to Matin for his great honesty, Shiro for her outstanding Customer Care service, Fadzillah for her sacrifice and kindness to drive to my house and back to the outlet for the "personal delivery" and to Vikneswaran for taking the trouble to trace and alert me. Most of all, thanks to the Almighty God for creating such wonderful people whom we need more of in this world. To the respectable Management of McDonald's team, hope you can recognise their deeds and excellent service... With this, I thank McDonald's once again.  Kind folks, help me tag your friends working in McDonald's so that I can spread the news of this great crew members...
