Gen 1 and Gen 2 Pokemon that Don't Have Nest

In order to clarify confusion, let’s recap what’s known and confirmed by research:
- not all Pokémon species create or have nests
- nests are places where you can regularly find a certain Pokémon specie
- you can find a map of known Nests in your area using The Silph Road’s Nest Atlas.
With that in mind, here’s the list of Pokémon species that DO NOT nest:

And what about biomes?
As for biomes, almost all of these Pokémon have an assigned biome, however, it doesn’t have anything to do with Nests. For example, it’s known that
Mantine is specific to Sea and Lake biome and it’s rumored that Larvitar is specific to mountain biome.
