【中式糖水食譜】自家製紫薯椰汁西米露!滋潤健康又抗氧 4步就整到~

最近大家都留在家中,每日都好悶唔知有咩做,不如試下煮甜品,講到中式甜品,椰汁西米露必定是人人都愛,原來加入紫薯,滋潤又健康~自家製紫薯椰汁西米露5步就輕易整到啦,大家喺屋企都可以試整~

材料包括:西米: 80克、紫薯: 500克、水: 500毫升、椰漿: 300毫升、冰糖: 適量

步驟:1.煲沸熱水後,放入西米,用中火煮10分鐘,然後離火。看到西米有一點點白色,一直蓋上煲蓋,靜置15分鐘,西米會變成透明狀2.用水沖西米數次,令西米不黏在一起,瀝乾水份備用

3.將紫薯去皮、切一小塊,放入一半紫薯以中火蒸約10分鐘或至熟透,再用叉將蒸好的紫薯壓成泥,備用4.煲沸600毫升水,然後放入餘下的紫薯,煮約10-15鐘至紫薯軟身

5.然後下冰糖、椰汁和紫薯泥拌勻,煮2分鐘,再放入西米拌勻就完成!
