材料A:
500 克 排骨 (剁塊)
1 茶匙 粟粉
少許 香菜 (切段)
材料B :
3 條 小辣椒 (跟自己辣度喜好)
1 段 幼姜 (50克,去衣剁碎)
2 湯匙 豆醬
1 茶匙 醬油
1 湯匙 酸梅醬
1 茶匙 糖
1 湯匙 水
1 湯匙 油
準備功夫:
把排骨洗凈瀝干,加入粟粉末勻
把材料B混合,再加入排骨混合,上碟
煮法:
把排骨放入含有滾水的鍋內,加蓋,大火蒸半小時
起蓋,上卓,灑上香菜,完成

Ingredients (Set A):
500 g pork ribs (cut it)
1 tsp cornstarch
Some coriander (cut it)
Ingredients (Set B):
2 pc cili padi (to your own preference)
1 pc ginger (50g, peel off skin, mince it)
2 tbsp taucu
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sour plum sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil
Preparations:
Wash and rinse pork ribs, then apply well with cornstarch
Mix all the ingredients stated in Set B, then mix with the pork ribs, set it aside
Steps:
Steam the pork rib over high heat with lid for 30 minutes
Lift the lid, ready to serve, dress with coriander, it』s done!
