法坦裝備繼續調整，冰杖成下一個目標

近期，針對包括時光之杖、黎安卓的折磨、幽魂面具等一批法坦裝備的改動計劃已經正式推出。而這個主要針對法坦的裝備改動仍在繼續。

今日，Riot設計師發推，再度推出一款關於法坦適用裝備的改動計劃。本次針對的目標是——瑞萊的冰晶節杖（俗稱：冰杖）

原屬性：

+300生命值+90AP

唯一被動：傷害型的法術和技能會使敵人的移動速度減少20%，持續1秒。

採用爆裂魔杖+增幅典籍+紅水晶+製作費（915金）進行製作，總價2600金幣

修改後屬性：

+550生命值+50AP

唯一被動：傷害型的法術和技能會使敵人的移動速度減少20%，持續1秒。

被動-瘋狂：和英雄戰鬥每秒獲得3點AP，10秒時達到最大值（沒標記是不是唯一被動）

採用幽魂面具+巨人腰帶+製作費（700金）進行製作，總價3000金幣
